I normally plan months in advance for a trip, but I am working on a very unplanned last minute short trip. I will be in Orlando this Sat and SUn. My plane gets in at 10:45 Sat morning and I was considering going to US that day. Unfortunately, due to the short term nature of my trip, I did not get an onsite room so no FOTL. How bad will lines be at US this saturday when I don't get there until about noon?

I could possibly switch and go Sunday- would crowds be significantly lower that day compared to Saturday? Are criwds really bad on a Sat afternoon especially a semi-holiday weekend(Veteran's Day) Any advice or info on crowds would be appreciated.

Hi!! I will be there this weekend too! Whether you go on Saturday or Sunday, stop by the Extreme Ghostbusters Show and say "hi!" The first show is at 12:45PM...perfect timing ;) ;)

I noticed your birthday is November 11...so is mine! That's the whole reason why I'm going on my 4-day trip. :) I get Veteran's Day off from school (almost seems like a birthday present from the school district...haha ;)) and will take off Monday.

I think Sunday would be less crowded than Sunday, however I do not believe it will be much of a difference. BUT, I've never gone to the parks the weekend before a holiday, so I can't say for sure.

I just wanted to say "hi!" to you!! :wave2:

Weekends are busier than week days, but you should be okay as it is slow season right now.

I agree with spidey should be able to enjoy the parks so go enjoy
:jester:

Thanks for the info everyone. I think I'll go on Sat as planned and just hope for the best.

Flyfly-HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I just may be at the Ghostbusters show. If lines are long, I think my plan will be to get an express pass and try to work in one of the shows while waiting for the time.

3 days and counting:D

yeah! You'll probably see me then! I'm the one carrying a neon yellow seat cushion ;)

Have fun!!!!!
