Last minute trip Nov 11-18, 2006

I am a DVC member looking to book a last minute trip for November 11th to 18th. I can get 2 flights for the price of one so I'd really like to take advantage of that deal! I also will probably buy an annual pass. Is it still possible to get an AP rate now?

My biggest question is, how do I get that free dining code and can I use it an an All-Star type resort? Using a free dining code would make it worth my while to get a room at a Disney Resort as opposed to using DVC points in this instance. Any tips on how to best use codes for my trip would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked resort availability for your dates???? That's a very busy weekend. I was checking the 9th-13th and was coming up with nothing.

Free dining had to be booked months ago and check in was no later than Sept. 30. There are still AP & Other discounts still available but that is a busy time. You may need to consider a split stay

thats gonna be tough
theres no free dining left
as for ap discount you might get lucky
theres not much left that weekend i check in at the GF that sat the 11th til the 14th and i checked those dates for someone today and poly garden view came up
there was nothing at the gf at all
alot of the resorts are packed
