Last Minute Soarin' Fastpass?

What is the likelihood of getting a Soarin' fastpass a day or two before visiting Epcot? I will be in Orlando for a convention in a couple of weeks, and have a discounted pass for after 2:00 p.m. entry. I am still waffling between going to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, so I reserved MK fastpasses because the only Epcot fastpass that I would really want is Soarin'. I would probably want to shoot for between 4:00 and 5:00.

We got one morning of for around 10am when we needed to be out of the park by 12 noon... Depends entirely on what the crowds are doing. It's not impossible. Good luck! Hope it works out for you!

Ok, thanks. EasyWDW lists Epcot as the most preferred park that day, so maybe I will have luck, if I end up there. It won't be the end of the world if I don't get it, but it would be nice.

As a single? Pretty good if you can be flexible about times. My friend booked her whole family's fp the night before her trip

There might be two of us. We will be somewhat flexible, but that is likely the only thing that we would do in Future World, before heading to World Showcase. Thanks for the information. That is very promising!
