last minute reservation question

doing a last minute 2 night quick trip mar 1. I just emailed member services this eve, hope they have a 1 bedroom somewhere for me

How quick do they usually respond? should I just follow up with a call tomorrow?

also, I gave info for ME. i doubt the booklet will arrive in time, how does that work without the booklet?

You can email or you can call, you shouldn't do both. While the email CM is working on your reservation, the CM on the phone may be booking you a room also. It can really screw things up.

Emailed requests can take a couple of days to be processed depending the call volume, time of year, etc.
