I made arrangements for a tour on our trip and wrote down all the info on a piece of paper that has now dissapeared . I know when the tour is but I can't remember where they said to pick up the tickets and where to meet the tour guide. Anyone on here that can tell me?

Also I have a PS for Goofy's Kitchen. I know it is at the DLH but was wondering which building it is in?

Most tours meet near or at City hall. Check in there, and they can direct you.

If you walk from DTD, into the hotel area, you'll walk past the neverland pool- just keep going, you'll come right to it. I dont know which building its in- but its right next to Steakhouse 55 (formerly Granvilles).

Goofy's is in the Bonita Tower. But after you pass under the Sorcerer's hat, go straight. You'll come to some sliding doors. After you go through them, it's to the left.

For the tour - go to the Guest Relations window. It's right outside the gates of DL, to the right as you're going OUT. That is where you pick up the vouchers that you need in order to take the tour. You'll need to meet at the Tour booth that is to the left of City Hall - not the door to the left, but down the steps and farther over - a booth that is set back a bit. That's where you give the voucher for the tour.

I think you can just give your info at the Guest Relations window and that they can look up your tour info w/o the reservation number. Do that at some point when you're not in a hurry, though. The line was moving slower than a snail when I was there.

You may want to call the tour # to find out your confirmation number. When I booked my tour, I was told that to get the tickets from guest services, I had to have my photo ID, the confirmation number, and the credit card that I booked the tour on.

We had to go to guest services which was outside california adventure park gates to the right. There are several guest services locations and they all kept saying it was the wrong one and finally the only one that could help us was the one outside california adventure park. Make sure you do get your vouchers before trying to check in for the tour(we did it a day before our tour)otherwise the tour booth will send you off to get your vouchers and you'll be late for the start of your tour. And like scrapperkimmy said the line for guest services window is very slow moving so be patient. Once you have your vouchers and you check in at the tours booth,which is right next to city hall, you'll be given a badge thingy(if you're taking the holiday tour it's a tree ornament) that you'll wear during the tour so the tour guide knows you've paid for your tour.
