I can't remember from our only prior DVC stay . . .

Is there a charge to use the room phone for calling cards and collect calls?

If your calling card has a toll free dial in number, there is no charge. Given the really high rates on WDW room lines, calling cards and cell phones are the way to go!

Collect calls...I do not know. Sorry.

DVC members are not charged for toll free calls from any DVC resort.
