"Last minute" plane tickets.. Where to get?

We are going to disneyland! We leave oct 20 and come home the 25th or 26th....

Where should i look for plane tickets? We are driving unless we can find an awesome deal. Is it possible this close to the dates? If we can fly we get one more park day!

Where have you gotren awesome deals this close to the date? We are flying out of SLC UT

Alaska Air $162.20 pp., $25 per checked bag, SLC-LAX-DOC 10/20-10/26, 6AM departure, 6:35 PM return.
If you can come back on the 27th, jetBlue might have a fare under $100. I used itasoftware.com which is just an informational site. It instructs you to go to the airline's website to book.

I would glance at SW. To our amazement, our $99 flights back from Disney Oct 10 dropped to $49 yesterday. I'll take that $250 credit 10 days out.

$164 pp on Southwest. If you can adjust your trip by 2 days (later) it would be $148 pp. I think either is a good deal especially since there are no extra fees you would need to pay.

I'm in SLC too. JetBlue has had some amazing prices right now. I just looked and some of the flights for your dates are $49/pp each way. It's SLC > LGB. If you haven't done it, it's super easy to get from Long Beach to DL.

Jetblue is always my preference when we fly to DL. SW doesn't have any direct flights from SLC, you usually have to go through AZ or Vegas. It adds about 2 hrs of travel time. JetBlue to Long Beach is a 2 hour direct flight. LGB is a small airport and super easy to navigate. If you have a rental car it is a short drive on one road directly to DL. Or a flat rate taxi is about $40, if I remember correctly.

SW goes to LAX (which I avoid due to the hour drive on crazy California freeways) or Orange County which is a few minutes closer than LGB.

A side bonus is JetBlue has individual TV's in each seat which really makes the time go fast.
