Last Minute Paperwork Panic!!!

Please help! Am driving myself crazy! Trying to pack and get all paperwork together for tomorrow and feel like I am missing something really obvious . . . have I?!
Have got:-
passports
driving license
flight tickets
money (not as much as it should be thanks to Crown Currency!)
hotel tickets for Disney and Universal
car hire conf.
park / ddp tickets
meet and greet info for Heathrow
car hire ticket
MNSSHP confirmation

have done ESTA and API

Also, am I OK to have an umbrella in my hand luggage?! I wouldn't take one just for Florida, but I want one for New York (I refuse to wear a poncho there!!); I am trying to save weight in my suitcase so would rather have it in my hand luggage, but I'm worried the spokes may cause a security problem!!!

Make sure a relative or friend back home has all your passport and travel document info written down and you are good to go - have a fab trip!!

A good idea, if you have time, is to photcopy your passport so just in case you lose it or anything you have all the details to hand.

This year I took a photo of everything with my iPhone. Passports, plane, car hire, accomodation, esta and insurance. It was handy to know I had all the reference numbers stored in one place. I left photocopies of passports at home too - just in case.

Thanks everyone! We're sitting in departures now and so far have everything! Umbrella got through fine!!

Photocopying passports was good idea, managed to get that done before we left, thanks!!
