Oh it has been far too long since I have been to WDW. Heading to St. Pete next week and decided to drive over for a night. Spent this evening getting familiar with the new FP+ and magic bands. I don't recall going to WDW without a huge plan in place!

Just a few questions...

1. If I buy tix online when I book my room, can I link the ticket to the MDE and get the three early fast passes? Or do I need the physical ticket?

2. Is it too late to worry about decent fast passes at MK for next Thurs/Fri or are the good ones all gone?

3. EMH Thursday morning at 8. What time to arrive at All Star to get checked in, get bands and be to park by 8? Usually do Poly or GF and have no clue about the buses to MK.

4. For $20 more we can go Friday instead of Thursday. Which would be less crowded with emh Thurs morn?

5. My sister and mom might join us. If I list them on the room can I get their bands at check in, activate them on the bus and grab them fast passes at the kiosk? They are to arrive later in the day.

THANK YOU all so very much!

Kristin

You should be able to get Fastpass for everything except 7DMT, A&E, and parades/fireworks (see link)

General rule of thumb is to be waiting for buses about 1 hour before park opening if you want to be there at rope drop.

I would guess both will be crowded. EMH days are historically more crowded because of EMH. But I've found that Fridays can get crowded as well, especially in the afternoon. But note that in June, there are now many days when MK opens for everyone at 8am, I'm not sure how that affects the crowds of morning EMH at MK. If I only had one day at WDW, personally I would go on the day with the extra hour unless the other option was predicted to be much lighter crowds.

1. Yes if you purchase tickets online, you link them to your room and you can make your FP+ selections from the Website or App.

5. If Mom and sister are added to your room and they are both over 18 then you will get charged more for 3 adults in the room. Something to consider. If you added them to your room, their tickets would have to be on the MB for you to get FP+ selections for them.

I thought they didn't need to have tickets linked to get SDFP only advanceFP? Just when I thought I understood...
