Hello!

We are ticking down to our next trip- we have some meals planned, including the Tusker House Breakfast, Epcot Princesses, and CRT.

Would you recommend any of the below? Kids are ages 4 & 6

* Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
* 'Ohana (Breakfast only)
* Mickey's Backyard Barbecue
* Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue

Has anyone done the off-site stuff their first night in FL?

Thank you!:goodvibes

The resturants above from Aloha to Hoop Dee Doo. They are expensive. I would wait in my opinion for them to get a lil older. I would take them to Chef Mickey's.
As far as the first day off site. We have ck out old towm. They have car shows on Fri & Sat & DH and me like that since we have a Bandit! But it's nice for other reasons. My parents always go. Lot's of shops.

From your list, I think the most fun for your children's ages would be Mickey's Backyard BBQ. It is hot! (outside) and it has normal picnic food. But, there is music - dancing - characters -- a great time for kids to be kids.

Also, Ohana's breakfast is very child friendly with Lilo and Stitch.

We enjoy going off-site and always check out minature golfing, shopping :rolleyes1; International Drive; Florida Mall; Outlets; and much more. There is a lot to do outside of Disney. Another first night fun time for us is Disney's minature golf - Winter Summerland is a hoot! It is perfect for your children's ages...and as adults we have never laughed so much! It is a fun time! We also enjoy going to the Boardwalk - having pizza, watching the entertainment and playing some games. An added bonus is watching parts of Illuminations from the bridge.
