If I plan on buying Epcot tickets 2-3 days before my visit, will LL for test track be available? I'm looking at thrill data and think the answer is yes but not sure about my post-thanksgiving dates.

Background info:
Planning a few days at universal before switching to resort-only stay at disney...so naturally, I'm thinking about tagging on a day at Epcot for festival of the holidays, ha.

Here's the catch: we tried Epcot earlier this year and it was a disaster! It was our 4yo's first trip and he stress ate through all the parks and we averaged 2 rides over the entire day.

I'm feeling more hopeful this time: I'm planning on purchasing LLMP and I've got a better snack plan.

That being said...I don't want to buy Epcot tickets until we see how kid does at universal first with the lines and sitting still for the live shows. One of our biggest pain points last time was that he had trouble standing still in line - the actual waiting wasn't a problem, the issue was being in a confined space with so many people. Outdoor queues are easier for him. And he just hit 40" so may or may not be tall enough for test track and soarin...if he consistently measures at 40" at universal, then I'll feel pretty confident about epcot.

While I do enjoy the Epcot holiday decor, I feel like spending $600 on tickets is not worth 2 rides again, if we have a repeat of our April visit!
