Last minute/day of ADRs

We don't tend to dine at signatures. I only make ADRs for things like BOG, 'Ohana or the dinner shows. After that, we do most ADRs day of and have never had a problem finding something that we would like. You just have to be flexible. Almost all resort restaurants have day of availability, with the signatures being more hit and miss. I've never had a problem finding ADRs at Epcot. I guess my point is...don't plan on California Grill being available,but it very well might be if you can be flexible on time.
