Last Minute Birthday Trip

I am taking my son to the Magic Kingdom for his birthday, March 13th. I have an ADR for Chef Mickey's Breakfast before the park opens and I have a list of must do attractions (things he has to ride every time we go). This is not our first trip to the World, we usually take a week long trip later in the year, but I wanted to do something really special for his birthday, since things at home have been so stressful for all of us and he's managed to complete his first grade cirricullum in homeschooling. Can anyone give me some advice on where to eat inside MK (we usually eat at Pecos Bills) and some ideas as to how they will make his day special. Thank you.
