Dh and I just made an offer on a HH contract today.
We did it, because we really wanted HH, and also wanted a small contract to start with so we could eventually buy a AKL 100pt contract.
With all of this talk about the double developer points, we are thinking about adding on at AKV as soon as we are in the system, which I'm guessing won't be until sometime in Aug.
We already have a res. for WL through CRO with free dining for the first week in Sept. We would only consider AKV now if we could somehow book ANYWHERE in a studio or 1bd for the first week in Sept rather than keeping our WL reservation. We feel like if we're going to buy into AKV anyway, we may as well put that vacation money into DVC rather than our CRO res.
Do you think there is any chance of getting something that late in the game?
I know there are a lot of variables, including whether or not they'll still have the double developer points in Aug.
