In December I was getting notices of restuarants with availability near my location.

I wasn’t looking but getting notice through my Disney experience app. For example staying at the Poly and got a notice that Kona Cafe had availablity out of the blue

Never happened to me but maybe you got a taste of the "new and improved" MDE app. As well I have ad blockers on all my electronic devices.
