Last full week in April 4/22 - 4/28. Crowded?

Hi all, there have been conflicting reports on the various boards about the last week in April. I was hoping that someone who had been there can shed some light. All of the parks have gone back to a reduced-hours schedule then, and the seasonal blackout is over. From my perspective, the definition of crowded is long-lines (waits greater than 20 minutes). So if anyone can tell me the wait they experinced in past years at this time, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I would say crowds will be moderate. Spider-Man will probably have a 45-60 minute wait by the afternoon.
