Okay so I am FINALLY to the planning of our LAST dinner night! woohoo Here are our 6 choices for this night:

1. Liberty Tree Tavern
2. Crystal Palace
3. Tusker House
4. Yak & Yeti
5. Sanaa
6. Jiko

We are on Disney Meal plan that includes 1 table dinner so if any of those require more than 1 credit than thats a no go for us!!! What do yall think would be the best choice?!!

Jiko, by far the best, requires two credits.

I believe Jiko is a 2 credit meal, other than that I would choose in this order:
Tusker House
Sanaa
Yak & Yeti
Crystal Palace
Liberty Tree Tavern

Obviously just my opinion! Good Luck.

I think that it's difficult to provide an answer without more information. Such as:

1. What are your other ADR's?
2. Are you looking to emphasize food or experience?
3. Will you have kids with you?

For example, the only character meal in your choices is Crystal Palace, so if you wanted that, then it's easy. That wouldn't necessarily give you the best food, though . . . .

There will be 1 child with us. We arent looking for a character meal..using those in the morning. Looking for experience but we would like good food as well.

Narrowed it down to Tusker House, Sanaa and The Crystal Palace..what do yall think out of those 3?

Other things to consider:

#1 and 2 are in the Magic Kingdom
#3-6 are in Animal Kingdom or AK Lodge

Are you planning to be at MK or AK on the last day?
Will you be using Disney transportation?
Do you have hoppers if you'll be at a different park that day?

Just saw you've narrowed it down to CP, TH and Sanaa.

CP is a buffet, TH is buffet with some African overtones.

Sanaa has Indian overtones and is a TS. If you go while it is still light outside it is the only restaurant that has a view of the animals so if you like/want to try Indian food that would be the one with the best ambiance. AKL is also a good resort to explore. You can also go outside before or after dinner to view the animals.

I would have narrowed it down to the same 3, so we are on the same page!

I agree with the others, if you are going to be in or near MK, go with CP. The food is above-average for a buffet, the setting is beautiful...and you can see Eeyore (my favorite), who has ben very elusive the past few years.

If you are going to be in the AK neighborhood, Sanaa is not just a restaurant...it is an experience for the senses. Gorgeous setting, a great view of the animals, and unique food. My family really loved the food there. We have never been to TH, but are looking forward to trying it for lunch this trip. I hear the food is good, but the setting is kind of meh. If your family has picky eaters, TH might be a better choice because of the variety of selections on the buffet.

I would say near MK do CP (I love eeyore too) and if you are near AK do TH.....I love them both but have only been to TH for breakfast I say CP!

If I had no other considerations (location, etc.), from your narrowed-down list my choices in order would be Sanaa, Tusker House, Crystal Palace. I have only done breakfast at CP, which was fine, but I can only imagine that their dinner is just okay, nothing special other than a pretty room/nice view. TH, again I've only done breakfast, but I just imagine that the dinner is a bit more interesting than CP. Far and away my first choice would be Sanaa, both for the restaurant itself (and it's actually a table service restaurant, which by itself bumps it up in my book), but also because you can hang out at AKL and see the animals. Way more special IMO.

Sanaa was great! Make sure you get a table by the window and you can view the animals while you eat. We had zebras and giraffes so close to the windows the whole time it was really cool (and we were guests at Kidani). The food was very good and different.

Crystal Palace - we always do a lunch there and go for the characters, not as much the food. We always find foods we like and enjoy it, but its all about the characters.

Yak & Yeti we decided on last minute and really enjoyed. Very good food, and excellent service!

I would pick one of those 3, depending on what the other plans for that day are, and where you will be....

If you've got other character meals, I would go with Sanaa. I would think your child would enjoy seeing the animals while you eat.

I would pick Sanaa. You get to spend some extra time overlooking the Savannah, seeing the animals and talking to the guides. That adds a lot of value to the whole experience, and the Lodge is just a beautiful place to see.

I would go with Sanaa, on the early side, so that you can get good daylight to see the animals outside. It's my favorite 1TS restaurant at WDW, solely based on the food quality. The animal viewing is just icing on the cake.
