Last day travel time

On my last day my flight home leaves at 1:15pm. I'm trying to think of things to do that day. One of my thoughts is to take the Fort Wilderness Segway tour. It starts at 8:30 am and is listed as 3 hours long which would take me to 11:30. Would it be cutting it too close to be able to make it to my flight in time? I will have a rental car that needs to be returned but I don't have any luggage to check. Or I wonder if they'll let me leave the tour 30 minutes early if that's what it takes to make it back.

Any thoughts from anyone about this, or any other suggestions on what to do last morning?

You aren't going to have enough time. If you are returning a rental car at the airport you will want to leave your resort no later than 3 hours prior to flight time. It's about a 40 minute drive to the airport and security at MCO has never taken me less than 30 minutes to get through and then you also have a car rental to deal with.
For a 1:15 flight I would make a breakfast ADR and maybe enjoy a park for a couple of hours. If you don't have any park tickets left you could wander DTD.

I agree that the Segway tour will cut it too close. Maybe you could rent a boat and explore Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon. An hours rental will be plenty of time, giving you time to make it to the airport.
