Last Day Transport Question

I leave on a Saturday with my flight at 2:30pm. I will use baggage check at the hotel in the morning for Southwest.

I would like to go to Disney Springs for a few hours in the morning. Is DME at 3 hours prior or 4 now?

If DME is a 10:30am pick up I may take a cab to the airport and leave directly from Springs at 12:30pm.

If it is 11:30am I could do a short trip over shop from 10 to 11 and get back for the 11:30am bus. I know which stores I want to go to so it could go this quick.

News on pick up time? Is 12:30pm enough time? I like 90 minutes at the airport (even with preCheck) just to be safe so arrive at 1pm.

My DME time Friday evening was 3 hours before my flight, but there were other people on board already so I was not the first pickup. Got to the airport insanely early (I have pre-check also). I might allow 45 minutes to get to the airport by cab to be on the safe side.

Even if you were going from 10-11, you can't count on the bus being there when you need it to get back to your resort. Not to mention you're supposed to be the at bus stop 15 minutes before your DME bus arrives.

If you want to do that, spend the money and save the stress.

If you leave Disney springs at 11, you'll almost certainly miss your bus. Just save yourself the worry and take a cab
