I have researched orders under your name, but did not return any
results. I also see no orders under your email address, so it looks like
nothing has gone through on our end. If you are seeing charges on your
card, but did not receive an order number, the additional transactions
are typically a temporary hold on the card. This happens when
information cannot be processed by the bank based on information entered
while creating your order such as address or name for example.
Temporary transactions tend to expire off of the card after a few days.
If the transactions do not expire off of your account we ask that you
please contact Credit Card Disputes at
(714) 781-4554 which can research
your transaction attempts. If additional transactions have processed we
can continue from there to assist with refunding the funds. We apologize
for the inconvenience.
We are not longer able to offer those prices online as they are no
longer available. You are more than welcome to visit any ticket booth
in person and explain the situation to see if they can honor this for
you but I CANNOT gaurantee this will be honored. It will be on box
office discretion ONLY.

I have been trying all evening to purchase annual passes for my family
though
disneyland.disney.go.com but the website never actually completes
the purchase. I've tried calling, but after more than a 30 minute wait,
my call was dropped. I am trying to purchase two Deluxe passes and one
Signature pass at the current price of $599 and $849 for 13 months. I am
only interested in completing the purchase if I can still get this
price.
