Last day to purchase 13 month AP for price of 12 months...advice?

The 13 month for the price of 12 deal has been extended until november:
DISCOUNT NOTE: The promotion offering 13 months for the price of 12 was also reinstated and remains in effect for Deluxe, Signature, Signature Plus, and Premier until November 17th, 2017. It had been set to expire on February 11th.

Where do you see that? If you go to the website to purchase annual passes, the deal is definitely not available.
 
Would also love to know where that info is. We are planning to buy annual passes, but not for another month.
 

Thanks, but I missed the lower price and extra month. If I can't get the same deal after spending 6 hours trying to give them $2K, I don't think I really want it anymore.

Hmmm.... 2K...between that and your budget for the trip, may I suggest the real bayou in Louisiana? In the French Quarter you can go on so many exciting walking tours for example. Even hear stories about pirates....have an authentic mint julep. Nosh upon delicious Beignets at the famous Cafe du Monde, which is so close to the Mississippi River, you can smell it, even better still take dat beignet right up to one of the park benches overlooking the great old
Mississip. Sigh..... :)
 
We're in California, so that would be a bit too far of a hike for us. We did WDW and a cruise last year and this year's trips are going to be within driving distance.

It would make for one heck of an exciting road trip. :)
I don't know what airline you prefer, but SWA does have decent flights there. And if you have many points then even better. If you decide to visit New Orleans, I suggest staying in the garden district. Good rates, less crowded streets. You can take an old fashioned street car literally so close to Bourbon Street for example that it's right across the street from the St. Charles Ave Line stop.

Yeah, but I already have a road trip planned for visiting the Grand Canyon and Zion this summer. This was more for quick fun trips before and after. And our trip home from DW was re-routed through new Orleans last year. I would prefer to not do that flight again if I can avoid it.

Yes. Direct flights, no stop overs are best in my opinion.
Well maybe visit there next year. :)
 
I haven't received a call back, but this is the email I received in response to the email I sent to guest services the night I tried placing the order.

Temporary transactions tend to expire off of the card after a few days.
If the transactions do not expire off of your account we ask that you
please contact Credit Card Disputes at (714) 781-4554 which can research
your transaction attempts. If additional transactions have processed we

I have been trying all evening to purchase annual passes for my family
though disneyland.disney.go.com but the website never actually completes
the purchase. I've tried calling, but after more than a 30 minute wait,
my call was dropped. I am trying to purchase two Deluxe passes and one
Signature pass at the current price of $599 and $849 for 13 months. I am
only interested in completing the purchase if I can still get this
price.
 
This person wants me to drive to a box office (6 hours away) to MAYBE get them to honor the deal I spent hours trying to purchase online and on the phone? Are you kidding me? I'm not trying to get them to make an exception for me; I just want to complete the purchase their website and their telephone system that dropped me prevented me from making.

i think this is for renewals only -- we have always been able to renew until November to get the 13 for 12 month deal.
February offer expiry applied to new AP purchased.

That is not a great response at all from Disney at all! We know others had the problem as well and they practically admitted it when you telephoned them and they said somebody would call you back. This experience is not what I expect from Disney at all!

Yeah, agreed. Though that is just the response to the email I sent. I both sent an email through Disney's website that night and called the next morning. Hopefully I'll still receive a call back like they promised.
 
I'm in the same boat tried for a few hours and took screen shots. My family bought deluxe on Friday so they are set was deciding on deluxe or sig so waited till sat. Called yesterday and they took my info and said I will receive a call. I'll update as well if they get back to me.

Aah, I didn't think to take screenshots! Oh well, at least the email I sent provides something of a paper trail that I tried. Hopefully it will work out.
 
I received a call today from a manager who gave me a code to use to buy the passes at the ticket booth. I'll get the old pricing and 13 months. So, hooray!
