Last day of School!

Trying to decide when the summer crowds REALLY hit the parks hard! My kids get out May 26th. Wondering when everyone elses kids are getting out?

My mom finishes work and my sister gets out May 26. I'm finished already (in college).

Every couple of years we go right when the kids get out of school, usually around 5/24ish. We seem to have pretty good luck with crowds around that time. Each day seems to get a little more crowded. Since many schools don't get out until beginning to middle of June, it seems this is the time to go in the Summer if you can!

Oh gosh! We don't get there until May 29th. Uh-oh, it sounds like alot of kids will be out of school then.

My kids school gets out on June 2nd but the Pittsburgh Public Schools don't end until June 15th.

I think many of the schools in northern states don't end until later in June due to snow days.

Our technical last day is June 6th, but I'd think that 99% of the student body will not show that day, so June 3rd.

My son's last final (He is in High School) is Friday, May 27th, just before Memorial Day. They were supposed to get our by the 26th, but the 27th was an added day due to the school needing to take more than the number of days allocated for snow days.

The earlier you go, the more likely you are to have lower crowds.

The last time we went in the summer was 2007 when we went mid June in My husband had a convention at the Contemporary. The crowds were already heavy for sure.

My DD's last day is May 26th, and we fly to WDW the morning of May 27th!

June 24th on Long Island - and it has nothing to do with snow days- that's our usual time to get out!

Our schools get out in late June. We're taking the kids the final week of May.

In Duval county, the seniors last day is the 26th. the rest of the kids get out June 10th.

Last day here in my CT town: JUNE 24, the town where my brother's kids live the last day is June 29th!
