We are character meal fanatics and these are our upcoming reservations

Day 1: Crystal Palace dinner
Day 2: 1900 PF dinner
Day 3: Akershus breakfast
Day 4: Ohana dinner
Day 5: CRT lunch
Day 6: LeCellier dinner
Day 7: Chef Mickey's breakfast

Now Day 8, departure day, I"m undecided. We have to attend a wedding this day so are checking out and we want to go to the MK for one last sight of the castle. :guilty: We will be checking into a nearby hotel where the reception is being held and have to be there by 1 pm. We want a nice late breakfast to hold us over for the dinner at the wedding that evening.

Now should I do Crystal Palace breakfast or Kona Cafe? Any other suggestions that wouldn't involve way too much transportation. Also if I do Kona can I just leave my car there, go into the MK for about an hour or so and then get the car???

I wanted Chef Mickey's for my last day but it's not available.

I would do CP. I think if you do CP you won't waste precious MK time leaving the park. Plus with CP being a buffet everyone is sure to get full.

CP......we did breakfast at Kona and we were not that impressed.

We're also character fanatics :rotfl2: Our ADR list is worse than yours! :rotfl:

We like to end our trip with CP. We also like one last look at the castle. We enjoy the variety CP offers, my kids love the characters and I just think the restaurant is beautiful ;)

Kona is nice, but nothing special.

Okay CP it is! :thumbsup2

DH does not care about this whole ADR thing. I asked him which one and he said "I don't care, I don't care, I don't care." Finally he said "Do the buffet so I can eat a lot!" :lmao:

No ? Kona Cafe will definatley hold you over espically if you get Tonga Toast :thumbsup2

I vote for CP. It is a buffet so getting full will not be a problem plus it gives you more time in the MK. Kona is one of my very favorite spots too but I think their dinner is more spectacular than breakfast. You can get Tonga Toast at Capt Hooks if you just want to try that at some point in your stay.

I think DH adn I will stop by Capt Hooks for the Tonga Toast while DS is at his pirate cruise. ;)

What about Ohana for Breakfast? It's at the Polynesian as well and you might even get a table with a castle view?

I would go to CP for breakfast, it is incredible. We ate there last month and the food was sooo delish!

We ate both in Sept. and we liked both of them.
Kona would be more relaxing though and the Big Kahuna is really good.
