Last day breakfast/lunch - help me choose!

I need some help choosing our last Disney meal. Here's the parameters -

We're staying at Pop and relying on Disney transportation, so ease of getting there and back is a factor. Our flight home isn't until 6pm so our ME time should be around 3.

We don't want to add a park day because we have a late evening the night before and won't be up to fit in any real park time, so it has to be at a resort or DTD.

We're on the deluxe plan, so it has to be a DDP participating restaurant.

I have a couple of ideas - Kona for breakfast, the Wave for lunch, or Wolfgang Puck Cafe - but nothing is really jumping out at me so I'm looking for input and maybe some suggestions I haven't thought of.

What about going to Downtown Disney? That should be relatively easy to get to and you wouldn't need to go to one of the parks. Raglan Road is always fun - you must try the bread pudding!

I probably should have mentioned... We already have Raglan Road for dinner earlier in the trip, because we've been for lunch and would like to go back when they have their entertainment in the evening. We loved lunch there but I want to see the band this time!

wolfgang puck express in downtown is great for breakfast. They have a cornflake crusted french toast that is awesome!

We usually do O'hana breakfast on our last day. We love seeing Mickey one last time before we head home.

Cape May was really nice for breakfast. Go Tigers!

We had a late breakfast (almost lunch time) at Grand Floridian 1900 Park Fair our last day. We found the buffet to be a little more upscale - made to order omelettes and different meat choices. The Mad Hatter didn't do much for us, but my youngest LOVED seeing Tigger & Pooh one last time. Really filled us up, just had a light snack before our evening flight home.

We always end our trip with Chef Michey's. It gives us a last chance to say "see ya soon" to the fab-5. We usually follow that with a walk down MSUSA, but since you don't want to add the extra park day (is usually only about $5 or so per person if your tickets are longer than 4 or 5 days), you can take the bus from CR to DTD.

Cape May is good as well. The only problem is that for breakfast it is a real pain to get to unless staying at one of the EPCOT resorts.

How about some non-character suggestions? Cape May sounds really good, especially since our Mickey meal this trip is at Tusker House without Minnie, but of course there's nothing available at 2 weeks out!

Hi, Cat Cora's on the BW serves a nice breakfast. They also have the surrey bikes if you are looking for an activity. Or you can walk all around the area and check out the BW,the BWV and BWI. The Swan and Dolphin. And the Beach and Yacht Club. Joan

Kona for breakfast. Just take the bus to MK, then hop on the monorail to the Polynesian.

Grand Floridian Cafe for breakfast is always nice and sometimes an easier ADR to get since your trip is so soon

Love Cape May for Breakfast, and a trip to Downtown Disney for Wolfgang Puck for Lunch!!! AMAZING! If you have snack credits left, spend them at Goofy's Candy Kitchen in Downtown Disney, the kids will LOVE wathcing them make their own personal candies, chocolate dipped pretzel rods and marshmallows. Our kids look forward to that every trip.

How about a late breakfast at Boma? That's a big buffet spread so it could certainly count as "brunch". Before or after you can spend some time at the AKL and go out into the viewing savannahs; kind of like a mini-trip back to the AK. If you're done early, hop on a bus from AKL to DTD and use any leftover snack credits at the Candy shop for goodies to take home. Then just catch a bus from DTD back to Pop in time for your ME to the airport.

The other alternative would be to play/swim at the hotel in the morning, then go to Chef Mickey's for lunch. Take the bus to/from Pop to the MK but instead of going in the park you can walk or monorail from the MK to CR.
