Last day at work tomorrow.......

Enjoy your last day :) and especially enjoy putting your feet up for the next week or so :teeth:

XXXXXXX

Have a lovely day with your colleagues and get some feet up time if possible before your little one arrives.:sunny:

It's hard to think of anything except D Day when you only have a couple of weeks to go isn't it?! I hope it all goes as you want and that you soon have a junior DISer to share all lifes wonders with!

Have a lovely day Kaylee, enjoy your rest:)

Hi Kaylee

Congratulations !
I had 4 weeks off before my DD(3) arrived and spent some of it cleaning and some of it buying most of the Supermarkets stock and a lot of it painting.I'd read somewhere that you should stock up on tins and teabags etc and kind of took it a bit too seriously (hormones - I think !!) but the things I most enjoyed were going out for dinner with DH (whilst we still had the chance !) and drinking 'hot' tea .Believe me it's a luxury you don't have with a new baby. You spend too much time looking after them and the rest just adoring them -every single little move.!!

PS:I also appreciated the odd foot massage.Highly recommended !

Kaylee have a wonderful time. Enjoy every moment, they are so precious .... off to have a wee manly cry :sad1:

Enjoy your day tomorrow Kaylee and have a well-deserved rest before the best Christmas present you will ever have. :)

Kaylee - bet you can't wait to get finished, you have done so well working up to two weeks before!!! I finished 4 weeks before as I was exhausted!!

It is nice to have sometime to yourself before the baby comes!! They do take up a lot of time but they are so worth it- even when they get you up at 4am-they are just little miracles!!

We are so lucky DS has been sleeping all night from around 6 weeks!!! Hope you don't go too long over your due date - I was nearly sitting at the door with my bags ready to go to hospital on my due date!!!!! :rotfl2: I did go into labour that night though!!!

Enjoy your rest time, Kaylee. Before you know it, you'll be rushing around caring for your lovely new arrival.

Good luck and enjoy the birth - it's a positive experience and I enjoyed all 3 of mine.

Keep us posted won't you?

I agree, so many people tell such awful tales! I enjoyed all of mine too and they got easier each time! First was a planned section, second was a planned induction and finally number three was totally natural!

What a lovely way to put it Elaine!!!!
Middle DD was due on 20th December and everyone but everyone kept telling me I was totally mad! In the end she was induced on the 14th, the consultant kept coming up with all these medical reasons but I know it was because he didn't want to risk his Christmas party being disturbed! :rotfl2:
It was absolutely wonderful having a baby this time of year. Everyone is starting to feel Christmassy and there is always such a feeling of goodwill around at this time of year.

She'll be at Pizza Hut now enjoying a nice 'Leaving Lunch' with her work colleagues :)

I am hoping she might bring back a small doggy bag for hungry Husbands ;)

BabyUK is due on December 2nd :teeth:

Then it's goodbye sleep ;)

Wow, she REALLY is cutting it fine.

38 Weeks today so she gets as long as possible on maternity to spend with Baby :)

DW has only been using up some leave and only working 1/2 days for the last couple of weeks though, and then coming home for naps in the afternoons ;)

Glad to hear it! Now make sure you put your feet up and watch as much daytime telly as you can tolerate (or old dvd favourites!) I hope BabyUK gives you a short while before arriving (say 2 weeks!)

Best wishes

Hot Tea?? what's that?? :rotfl: I haven't had a hot cup of tea since DD arrived a month ago!!

Kaylee - Enjoy the next couple of weeks, make sure that you take full advantage of the lie ins and get Alan to wait on you! Trust me things change so much when the little one arrives, but as others have said it's the BEST thing in the world - even better than Disney!! :)

Good luck and take care!
