Was I the only one that predicted what Tammy's idea for a sitcom would be. I posted earlier in this thread that I'm a fan of Tammy, but I'm eating my words.

Tammy's mob bits are certainly getting old! She didn't deserve immunity at all, IMHO.

On a side note: weren't the female members of the focus group some of the angriest people you've ever seen?

I'm just glad that Heffron was able to stay in When he picked who he wanted to go up against, I was like "NO!!!" cause I really didn't think he could beat him...and with Alonzo added in I was REALLY sure he was toast....

Should be interesting next week when we get to the "America votes" part of the game...

OK, finally watched the show (I Tivo'ed it). NOT happy with the results. It wasn't Corey's best night, though. He's done much better other times.

Was so ticked that Tammy got immunity. I do not like her and want her gone already.

I didn'[t get to watch much, but I've heard Kathleen on the radio, and she had me in tears! In fact, based on that, I recommended some friends go, and they bought me her cd. She really is funny. The little I've seen of her is not her best material. I also like Alonzo, but I think Heffron's going to win.

Yes, it was Corey. John had the most votes & he picked Corey to go head-to-head against. They then through in a twist where it would be a 3-way contest. So, everyone voted again & Alonzo was voted to go up against John & Corey. The one with the lowest votes got the boot. Alonzo got 55% of the vote, John got 38%. Corey got the boot. The preview for next week said that there was going to be a wild card round. All the comics that had been booted get one last shot. America decides. I think there is a special episode Thursday night where they'll announce which "loser" got the most votes.

I hope Gary or John H. win. They make me laugh out loud. I liked the part about using the Christmas wrapping paper tube as a weapon on your siblings.

I LOVE it when a comedian is funny just talking about "stuff" instead of resorting to talking about sex or private parts ALL the time.

Just a word about J. Heffron, did you guys notice that he has lots of material?? I love it, some of them you see you keep watching the same bits over and over, but John seems to have different material all the time. I am routing for him, I think he's great. I also think Alanzo would have a better career writing comedy than performing it, I think something was lost in his delivery, may be it's just me.

ITA anditoo72! John has lots of new material. As Corey was coming on stage on Tuesday night, I said, "This is the Ghetto portion of the show..." Sure enough, what did he start out with?!

As much as I like Corey, I was disappointed in that.

The only person I am rooting against is Tammy. I thought it would have been funnier if Kathleen pitched an Irish mob sit com. At least it would've been a fresher spin on Tammy's tired mob bits.

I just love John. He cracks me up because my kids do exactly what he talks about! I can't stop laughing at his bit in the beginning about whinning kids. His walk looked just like my DD4!

I am hoping for John or Alonzo to take it at the finale. I really like them both the best at this point.
