Last Comic Standing

I thought the audience was right on last night. I thought they were both funny, but Tammy was a little funnier. The thing is, like others have said her material was old to us. Todd's seemed fresher. He really looked surprised when he lost.

What about Cory and Ant. That seemed out of the blue. I was really annoyed with Ant. He was being a big time instigator.

Maybe they will get rid of Ant tonight, then all the anoying people will be gone and then they can get down to some comedy.

I'm so tired of Tammy, she tells the same jokes over and over, I think I've heard everyone of her jokes twice already- boring.

Ant- I hope he goes tonight because I've never found him funny at all.

Ant gets on my nerves too! But, I still don't think that Jay London is funny at all, and if I keep predicting that he'll be the one to go, one of these weeks I'm going to be right.

Palmtreegirl, I soooo totally agree with you about Tammy. Hope she comes up with some new stuff soon!

I thought ANT was better tonight. I laughed through out his entire act. I didn't laugh once at Gary.

My over all favorite is Tammy though. I am also rooting for Kathleen from St. Louis. Gotta show support for the local people!

BTW: Whatever happened to DC Benny? I thought he made it to the house. He was my first choice simply because we share the same last name. lol I am convinced that we must be related because it's not a very common last name. Well there was also Uncle Jack hehe.

I just watched for the first time tonight...I thought Todd and Ant were better...but apparently my opinion was in the minority.


And Gary's roast jokes...ouch!

Agree with Gary's roast jokes. He roasted the judges and everybody else before he got to roasting the actual roastee.

Great show tonight and at last some new material.

with ant gone, how will people vote? He seemed to be the leader of the house so now it is all up in the air!! Alonzo was really funny at the roast and I really thought he we be exemt when he won, oh well, I guess thats why its a game!

YIPPEE!!! I'm so glad Ant's gone.
I thought Gary was funny at the roast but he wasn't roasting the roastee. I flipped to the show as he was just starting and didn't realize at first it was a roast on Jay. Ant's stand up act was really bad, IMO.

Did anyone catch at the end when Ant said that he wasn't the leader of the alliance? That someone else was the leader, and he was just their puppet?

I wonder what that means!

ITA that Ant was way not funny last night. I was a little disappointed in Gary's act, and I thought maybe he didn't have a chance. But after Ant's stupid flight attendant bit, I knew he did!

im glad ant's gone too. i kinda think he was just blowing smoke at the end.
if he wasn't, it wouldn't suprise me if Alonzo was behind everything. he lays real low,flying under the radar.
i do think hes one of the best though,anyone who can improv like he did has a great chance of winning.

I just said to my hubby, "Tuesday, it's Tuesday, right" he said " Yeah why" I said "Oh Last Comic Standing" is on. I wasn't really into it last year, but this year it is really good. I don't think Jay London is that funny either I know it is a different type of comedy than we are use to, but even for that type of comedy it is not that funny. I was disappointed in Gary's act too, I felt like he could have done MUCH better!! I use to like Kathleen Madigan, I caught her when she was on Comedy Central quite often, but she seems to be terrible when put in the challenges.

Glad that Ant is gone. He is annoying.
I want to see Tammy gone. She's a hometown girl, but I just find her very funny.

The TV Guide came for next week today and they had an article in there about LCS. They profiled six of the comics and i couldn't figure out who was missing until now. Jay must be the one that leaves tonight because he wasn't in the article. I guess we will wait and see.

I'm glad Ant is gone, too. I don't dislike Jay but don't like his style of comedy. Let's see who's next.
