Last Chance to Add Dinning Plan

I am considering adding the CS Dinning plan to our reservations. Is there some sort of deadline to do this or can we do it at check-in?

Does anybody know if there is a way we can use our Disney VISA Reward dollars to pay for this?

I think it has to be done 10 days ahead. I do know you can not do it at check in.
