Hi Jinnyboom,
Just wanted to mention that the Columbia has an excellent salad. The menu shows it with chicken but it's no problem to request it without. I remember it has nuts, dried cranberries , mixed greens, a good dressing, and probably more that I'm forgetting. Thanks for the offer to review those restaurants. I've actually eaten at most of them so don't especially need the info. Enjoy!

The San Angel in Mexico will substitute beans for meat in any of their dishes. The nachos are yummy!

If you can squeeze in a visit to Jiko, you won't be disappointed in the "grains, peas and veggies" entree.

I look forward to your reviews!

My family is half veggies. We ate at Boma and there was so much meatless food that everyone had plenty of selection and enjoyed many dishes (great dessert section). Chef Mickeys buffet was preaty much standard breakfast fair. They did have a few extras that you could enjoy. I really liked the cheesy potato dish. Good family entertainment. We tried the Trails end buffet because we had heard that it was the best deal in the world and had okay food. This one is definitely not for some vegitarians. While there is little salad bar, almost all of the food contains meat including bacon bits accidentally scattered over some of the salad bar (Pepperoni pizza, ground beef tacos, chili and chicken soup, snadwiches and wraps containung deli meat, BBQ pork). We still enjoyed this place for lunch and it gave us an excuse to go explore Fort Wilderness. Our favorite meal (we went several times) in the World was a late lunch at the Tennayaki restaurant in Japan at Epcot. It's a great deal for what you get and there is pleanty of veggies and seafood. This was even our kids favorite. :D

I would also reccomend the Vegetarian Platter at the Tangierine Cafe in Morocco, Epcot. This is counter service at its best! When we ate there three weeks ago, our group had smiles all around.
