:(

I'm going to miss this show. Do you think they'll be a spin-off and if so, who do you think it's going to center on?

I know, I'm mourning already :(

There is no spin off currently in the works...they were discussing it, but Eliza (Faith) turned them down.

I attended a live chat with Nicholas and Emma (Xander and Anya) yesterday and if it makes you feel any better they said that they're going through the same withdrawl as the fans are. Nicholas said it didn't really hit him until after they taped the last episode...then he realized that he was never going to do another Buffy episode ever again. They also both stated that neither one of them would be going over to Angel...not even for a couple of episodes.

It was revealed that a former character from Buffy that is not currently on the show will become a regular on Angel...The only ones I can think of are Dru, Harmony or Amy???

James Marsters (Spike) has already signed to go to Angel and Joss Whedon has signed on to write and direct most if not all episodes of Angel next seaon.

I am really sad about the show ending. Xander will have a pilot on Fox (hopefully, if its picked up). Faith already has a show in the works, Anya is trying movies and Willow's going to be American Pie 3 soon and is also doing movies. There is rumor Giles could be on Angel now and then- and wouldn't it be GREAT if the other character on Angel who is NOT on Buffy now would be Tara?

Unfortunately SMG doesn't seem to want to do anything "buffy"-wise in the future:rolleyes:

I still can't believe it's all going to end tonight.
We've been watching Buffy since right after the beginning. We even hosted a Buffy convention at our house once!

Tuesday nights just aren't going to be the same.

Unfortunately, when we talked to Nicholas last night he said that Fox didn't pick up the show but they're showing the pilot to other networks and hoping that someone else picks it up.

David (Angel) did a live chat a while ago. I read the transcript from it and he actually said that Buffy and Angel are FAR from being done. He said they still have a lot of stuff to work out and he gave the impression that he though a happy ending for those two could be possible. I got the impression that they already knew Sarah would come to Angel one day.

It will be pretty cool to see Spike on Angel though...I wonder if they'll be friend of foe??? Two vampires with a soul in the city of Angels...seems like things could get a little crowded.

I too am very upset about tonight being the end of Buffy. I've watched and enjoyed the show from the very beginning. I'm sad to see it end. Thankfully I have DVD for when I need some of that witty dialog.

Just watched a SMG interview. When asked how hard it was to make the decision to quit she said, "It was virtually impossible. It's a decision I'll probably second guess for a long time."

It almost sounded as if she's already regretting leaving. Maybe she'll even have to get her "Buffy Fix" and we'll end up seeing her on Angel more than I thought.

Carisma (sp) is only signed on for a few episodes next season on Angel as is the guy who plays Connor. They won't be there for the whole season. I won't really miss Connor but I wish Cordila could stay :(

I'll be watching Buffy, sadly, tonight too. :( I'm going to miss the "Scoobies".

I'm glad, at least, to hear that Spike will be going over to Angel ~ won't that be interesting, next season!
