last breakfast seating at boma?

I have the last seating for breakfast at Boma and I'm worried that the food will be old and we'll feel rushed. Has anyone else had the last seating before? Is there any reason to be concerned?

We went at 10:45 this past Aug and the food was just as amazing as when we went at 8am in April

Just what I wanted to hear! We're doing AK AM EMH so I figured we would do a late breakfast as it works perfectly with our plans. I've never been to Boma and want to give it a fair chance.

We ALWAYS get late buffet breakfast times. We are late sleepers and also like to have a late breakfast and not eat again until dinner time (on vacation ONLY...we know that's not healthy!) We have never had any issue feeling rushed. Just this past Wednesday, we ate at Chef Mickey's. We had a 10:50 ADR but were not seated until 11:20. The buffet was just as hot and plentiful as if we went earlier.

Boma ROCKS! Make sure you try the sausage and biscuit casserole. It's my favorite!

In the interest of fairness, I decided to also throw in a dinner at Boma so I will have two experiences to judge it on.
