I've been playing myvegas for about 2 months (20 min in the morning 20 min at night) and I have about 35,000 credits for stuff and for today its double credits. check your emails for free coins and on their facebook page.

I just did a search for Vegas and found this thread, great info! I have a question about Myvegas. Do you have to use it in conjunction with Facebook? Will it send out those notices to all of my friends re: the game? I've never played any of the FB games, but the constant updates of other people playing is a major reason I'm rarely on FB! I would love to get a free meal or two if there is some way that you don't have to share everything on FB. Thanks for any info

You can download it to your phone as well as play on Facebook. The 2 will link to earn you gold coins (to spend on rooms, meals, shows, etc) but the coins you play with will remain separate on the 2 devices. There is a slot app AND a blackjack app. The more "friends" you have the more chips you can earn each day. It is important to try to check in each day at least once for your "spin". Also, you can "check in" several times a day to pick up chips (they refresh at varying time intervals) There is a MyVegas Friends group on Facebook I recommend joining--you will want them as your MV friends to earn coins (not your "real" friends--they usually find it annoying!) I don't "share" much as to not bother my real friends. If I am doing work on the computer (or just surfing around), I open a tab & keep it running. Have your husband (and friends if they will!) get the game , too, for double the fun.

We have earned over $1500 worth of rewards in the 3? years it has been going. We do hit Vegas 2-4x/yr. DH has never bought chips (and has a TON of chips to play with AND spend--his account seems to win more than mine!). I bought a $39 package (it was within the 1st 6 months when I was working hard to earn 2 Zumanity tickets & they began to raise the "prices" of rewards. I realized if I spent that I would have enough to buy them. Glad I did, prices DID go up before our trip & I wouldn't have had enough for the tickets--$39 for 2 Cirque de Soleil tickets is pretty cheap) Also bought a $19 package as I was told if you spend over $50 you would be able to use 4 rewards on a trip. It was true for me--so between DH & I we can use 7 rewards per trip. Generally I don't recommend buying chips.

It is becoming less valuable over time. They have removed great rewards, raised "prices" & made MLife hotel stay requirements on lots of rewards. (sucks for us as we are usually comped at Caesars properties).

If you are staying at an MLife Property they will have more value.
