Large taxi?

With a family of 7, I'm wandering if WDW taxis can accomodate our party? We will be using a taxi for a few if our transportation needs (to get to PS on time) and wasn't sure if taxis have vans or other forms of vehicles that can accomodate us...or do I need to forget using taxi with a large party? Help! thanks.

Checker Cab has vans available. They claim they can seat 7, but it's a squeeze.

1 in the front seat, and then 3 on the short bench, and 3 on the back bench.

Mears taxis have tons of vans. Just make sure to request one when you call for one.

We used Murray Transportation and they have large town cars and vans. They were great. Their website is www.transportation2disney.com. Our driver was Tony and he was very pleasant and great to talk to.

Hi California mom,

Yes, we often go with a group of nine and when we need a taxi from one resort to another we call down to tell them there will be nine of us. We wind up with a van from the taxi company.
