Large group staying at different resorts?

We've got 12 people traveling to BLT in June. A few latecomers want to join us. I've got the points to book them a room but it looks like the only places available are SS or OKW. Any thoughts on which is better to meet up with people at BLT?

Either one as it will require a bus to MK and a walk over from there.

Since you are guests there, they may be allowed to come byUber. They can tell the guard your name and room number.
