Large group recommendations

I'm looking for some recommendations for a group of 8-10 adults. What would you recommend for a group this size at each of the following locations (table service)?

Animal Kingdom
Magic Kingdom
Any resort
Disney Springs

Time of year will be mid-late January, We'll likely be staying on the monorail line, but that's not set in stone yet. We'll be on the dining plan, but I think we'd prefer to stick to 1-TS credit so that we can maximize our credits and have less OOP expenses.

Magic Kingdom: Be Our Guest
Resorts: Ohana, Whispering Canyon

If you aren't interested in character meals, I would suggest the following:

AK - Yak & Yeti
MK - Skipper Canteen or Liberty Tree Tavern (we prefer Skipper)

Resort restaurants - All of the 1 TS resort restaurants have their pros. It comes down to what type of food and atmosphere you are looking for. If you want something unique and festive, try O'hana or Whispering Canyon or even Trattoria al Forno dinner and enjoy the evening entertainment on the Boardwalk. Something more subdued, try The Wave, GF Cafe, Capt. Grille. Seafood buffet dinner - Cape May.
