Large Group (14) at Narcoossee's on NYE

I am attempting to make ADR's for Narcoossee's on NYE for a group of 14. I called group dining who in turn asked me to call the restaurant directly.

I had to leave a message with an automated system. I am not happy about that.

Anyone experience this in the past?

This is the one spot my DS14 really wanted to eat at and my DH even agreed to sport a shirt with a collar on vacation to meet the dress code.

I am going to be if I don't get this ressie.

Narcoossee's First Seating $99.00 / $49.00
Narcoossee's Second Seating $149.00 / $75.00

That's from allears' info on holiday dining - they just put it up in the past couple of days. Looks like Narcoosee's is doing a hard ticket event with champagne etc., maybe not their full menu, since it's fixed price.

if you have 9 or more in your party you must call the resturant directly. However, we are not coming in for nye we are eating at narcoossee's for dinner during free dining. the cm from the resturant did call me back the next day with my adr ressie number.

Whatcha bet DDP won't cover that...heh...

I might have to come up with plan B. I am just very frustrated trying to plan ADR's for a group of 14. I seriously do not think it is unreasonable for all of us to be able to eat together.

Dis2cruise, TY for the response on the call back time...I will keep waiting! I waited until mid-afternoon trying to miss the lunch/dinner crowd and now I have to wonder how many ppl are "in-line" for ressies b4 me since I waited!

I know that seating a group of that many (at Narcoossees at least) is possible. We are eating there after our wedding next month. We have a group of 16. Our wedding planner at Disney set it up, but I know she called them directly to make the reservations. Don't know if that helps at all!

I have booked at Narcoossee's for NYE for our party of 6. It is considered a special event and is not covered by the dining plan. We are booked for the first seating at 5:30. There is supposed to be a champagne toast but other than that I don't know. I am hoping we will be there to see wishes at 8:30 but since the second seating is at 9:15 I wonder if that will happen or if they will shoooo us on out.
