Large family - best way to link everyone together?

We will be traveling to WDW, in late winter, with a large family group....11 of us.

What is the best way to make reservations together and keep all of our itinerary together (ie...fast passes, dining, etc)?!

We have an AP, so I will be making separate room reservations for all of us so they can get that discount. However, when it comes to scheduling dining and FP's, I don't know if I should just add 7 additional people to my account or if each family should create their own disney account and I link us all together.

What's the best and easiest way for us to do this?

In April we went with family and there was a total of 10 of us. I just made all of our joint dining reservations under our MDE account for 10 people with no issues.
For FP+, we did book those separately but for the most part on rides we wanted to ride together we were able to get overlapping times.
We have traveled with other before and linked accounts, but that caused a whole host of issues - so never again...
