There's apparently no pineapple actually IN the drink. It's orange juice, sour mix and two or three kinds of rum. The only pineapple involved is the one they serve it in.

I pretty sure it still has to have a subtle pineapple flavor to it....it's like when you hollow out a tomato, apple, etc....it still contributes to flavor.

You can get it without the pineapple container - I believe it's just the Mai Tai???

But the drinks at the Poly are scrumptous! So go to Tambu Lounge and try one...or a couple

i was reading about the tambu lounge and have some questions about it and other bars in WDW.

how late do the bars in WDW resorts stay open until and how late does jellyrolls stay open until?

The bars in the resorts are usually open until 11 to 11:30. Jellyrolls closes at 2 AM.
