Lapu Lapu Recipe?

Anyone know the recipe for the Lapu Lapu's made at the Poly? We are planning a Luau and those are our favorite drinks.

Lapu Lapu
Tambu Lounge

1 oz. Meyer's Rum
1/2 oz. Bacardi 151
Scorpion Mix (half and half sour mix and orange juice)
Garnish: Cherry
Served in a pineapple

We made them for our Ohana party. They were a hit!! We also made the wings and the salad from Ohana. They were hits too!
