Hi.
I just thought of this recently - we rented a house in WH for 10/08- and I dont think I'll have any wireless service right?
I had emailed the owner but didn't not hear back from him

Whether or not a particular home has wireless internet service depends on the particular owner. Some owners provide high speed service, some wireless high speed and some none at all. You might want to check the owner's website for a list of amenities. To the best of my knowledge, none of the public areas (pool, clubhouse) have wireless service.

I did check the website again and it mentions nothing about a computer so I assume there is nothing available at this home. I'm going to have to give him a call to make sure.
I'm going to die w/out my computer for 2 weeks!!

I've just spent some time looking at different places in WH. We definitely wanted a place with a reliable highspeed connection and the condo we finally went with has this (hopefully! .
I cannot find the info right now, but, amongst all my research, I definitely read something about wireless being available in the clubhouse.

If wirless service is not listed in their features they don't have it. They usually list everything even a electric can opener. Still keep checking because maybe they just installed it.

The owners of a few of the condos I have emailed said there is wireless at the clubhouse.

I just returned from WH today. There were plenty of people using their computers in the club house, yet we weren't able to in our personal townhouse. I'd e-mail the owners again.
By the way, it is a beautiful place! Have fun!

There is NOT wireless at the clubhouse, at least not any provided by the resort. You can pickup some internet from some of the nearby condos that isn't locked down and use it occasionally, but that's sporadic.

Just got back from there yesterday, trust me, I know what I'm talking about!

the condo we rented does have wireless internet in the condo. but they said it is locked and they give us the info in the condo to use the internet. those of u who just got back could you do a WH review please.

We were in a condo at Easter which had wireless but there were 4-6 open connections to choose from plus another 3 or 4 encrypted.
Hope you enjoy WH, we prefer being around LBV in a hotel but it was a nice place.
