Laptop Tables

I'm looking for a laptop table that i can use while sitting in bed. you know the kind i mean? the top (where the laptop sits) swivels toward or away from you.
Does anyone have anything like this? Or do you recommend any other laptop tables?

They sell laptop tables that swivel in Staples and I've seen them in other stores too!

We use lap desks, which aren't as intricate (nor as expensive). We got one recently at Target.
