I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. My laptop has a DVD player, but I can't play DVDs. Apparently, the DVD Decoder program got deleted from my computer somehow..... This program might be on the software that came with my computer....but I mistakenly left that at home, 3000 miles away in a box somewhere in my parents' basement! UGH!!!!!! I REALLY want to watch Harry Potter, and the only DVD player we have is on my computer.... Does anyone know if/how I can download this program for free/cheap on the 'net?

Thanks in Advance

You might be able to go to the website of the laptop maker, like Dell, Toshiba or whoever. Usually they will heve the drivers needed.

Dan,

Thank you very much for the suggestion. Unfortunately, the Toshiba web site doesn't appear to have the divers that I need :(
