Are there any rides with no height restriction, but you cannot have a baby in your lap? Thanks in advance for any help!

I just got back with DS 17 months and he was on my lap for every ride. The only thing we didn't ride was the Tomorrowland Speedway thing, so not sure on that.

I was told on Dumbo earlier this year that my DD had to be seated next to me and not on my lap. I've rode it many times before with my DS's and was never told this before, so it sometimes depends who's working but you really should have no issues.
