Lanyards

Does anybody use lanyards for their resort keys/credit cars/etc? You know, the kind with the credit-card sized pouch attached to the end? I have that kind of nametag at work, so it doesn't bother me to have something hanging on my neck. DH, on the other hand, has to clip his nametag to his scrub pocket....are they just a bother, or should we take them?

I think it is a personal thing. I wear my ID for work around my neck and it drives me crazy so I don't use the lanyard. Many people do, however, and have pins, etc displayed for trade on them as well. I would bring them along if I were you as they don't take much room and you might find them useful.

Fishing around in your wallet or pocket when you need a fastpass is not that convenient. You can always try them for a day and see if you like it, if not, leave them in the hotel room.

I wear a lanyard at WDW...one with a zip type plastic thingy on the end for past passes...id...room key...all important credit card...

Wish I did have to wear one at work...I have such fun with the pins I change out...you can tell my mood by the pins...watch out on those Evil Queen days!

I will say....I used a split key key ring to attach the plastic pouch to the clip on the end of the lanyard....of course this was AFTER Mom had leaned up against something and lost her packet that was using that little plastic strap with the clip on it...so...highly recommend NOT using those!

Love my lanyard...it is pink...one side designated pin trading...the other...my favorite pins....lots of mini's...keep a look out for me in January!
