Trying to find lanyards before we leave that have a plastic carrier for park tickets. Anyone know where to find these???

TIA

When I searched for these type of items before my last trip - I found the following links. I bought #1 - I liked it for the airport to hold my ID - but did not wear it in the parks .... I ended up with a travel type bag (ie Travelzon I think is how it is spelled) for the parks - and kept my cards in there.

WalMart has a nice one for $.97. That's right, Ninety-seven cents!

Go to the jewelry counter and find the rack with wallets and wallet accessories on it. On that rack (look carefully) you will find two ID badge holders - one is portrait orientation, one is landscape. The lanyards are kinda like shoe laces, and the plastic pouches have a slip-in front pocket and a zip-loc style inner pocket big enough to hold park passes, FastPass slips, room keys, IDs, whatever you want. But, these pouches are not the huge type that you might find at Staples or Office Depot; they are small enough and comfortable enough to wear all day at the parks.

BTW, this is what the WalMart lanyards look like:

We used those during our April trip (the "portrait" one)..they worked great. They were not heavy feeling around the neck at all...in fact, some of the time I forgot I had it on.

It was perfect for keeping tickets handy to get our Fastpasses and to keep our room key in, also. We would put our Fastpasses in the slip-in pocket. It held them securely but they were easy to get to. The ziplock type fastener was a mind easer knowing the tickets and room keys were sealed in so we wouldn't lose them.

WillCad,
Great info ! Gotta pick us up a few of those. And at that price, maybe a couple of extras...

I bought the last two at my walmart...though they were in RED packaging and the zipper part was on the side (maybe an old style?) But still, .97...can't beat it...

Only 20 days to go and I broke my toe last night playing soccer..OUCH...Hopefully I can wear my shoes by then LOL

Thanks, WillCAD. I bought a Mickey Mouse wallet there to use but, I like these better. Thanks for all the info. Walmart, here I come... :sunny:

I haven't seen the red packaging around here, but these lanyards do come in both portrait and landscape orientation. They're intended for people to use them for ID badges and convention badges, which come in both orientations. But they're just perfect for WDW, too.
