How much are lanyards in the hotels? I would like to have ours before we enter the parks. Any suggestions for where to purchase before our trip? Thank you

I didn't realize you could buy them at the hotels too. (We're staying at RPR) I'd like to have mine before going to the park too.

They have a decent selection in the gift shops at each hotel. They cost around $8-$10 each.

At RPR you can get them at the desk by where you get your EPs.

I personally LOVE my Ravenclaw house tie lanyard, and I don't think they sell those at the hotels. I think I had been wearing my Disneyland lanyard when I fell in love with this while in the parks:

I personally LOVE my Ravenclaw house tie lanyard, and I don't think they sell those at the hotels. I think I had been wearing my Disneyland lanyard when I fell in love with this while in the parks:

With the lanyards, do you punch a hole right in the card itself or do you put it in a clear plastic sleeve? We are doing a split trip, mostly at Universal, but I wanted something for my Disney cards too as we are not doing the bands.

I've always put it in a plastic sleeve. This way I hold both the park ticket and express pass for ease of use.

Plus all universal tickets (except APs just recently) are paper.

I think any office supply store will have. Staples, Office Depot, Max, etc.

I buy my lanyards at Five Below and plastic sleeves on Ebay.

I use a lanyard pouch.

After having soft plastic "came with the lanyard" pouch break at Disneyland, and after being irritated with them even when they don't break, I looked elsewhere.

I have a waterproof hard plastic Witz brand "See It Safe" case.

Holds keycard, Ep, admission, ID, credit card, insurance card, and a bit of cash.

I used it for wdw as well and actually still do as magicbands have not gotten rid of the need to carry those types of things. At wdw I drop the ep of course, but add the dvc card for discounts.

You can find a few unique HP lanyards at your local hottopic store (if you have one near you)

Just got back from RPR. They have the house lanyards, but not the tie ones in the gift shop.

We did the first morning without lanyards and it was a PITA. Digging out park tickets and putting away. Digging out hotel key card and putting away. Digging out EPs and putting away. Over and over and over. My life (holder of all things) improved 100x once everyone had lanyards and were responsible for their own crap.
