Lanyards

Does anyone know what store in DLR I can get a Lanyard w/a plastic pouch to hold my AP/Fast passes? I looked all around on the Friday and all they sold was the lanyard for pin trading. Thanks!

Most pin stores should have them, along with the World of Disney. I know the Little Green Men store at the exit to Buzz Lightyear has them (look on one of the spinning racks in the middle of the store) and World of Disney usually has them at the registers by the pins.

I got mine at a little store in CA near Soarin'. Don't remember the name, however.

Even the portable vending carts have them. I got mine outside Pirates on our last trip.

I noticed the same thing when I was at DL this weekend. I could find the lanyard or the plastic pouch for the passes, but not both sold together.

I have seen them usually by the registers when you go to checkout at the varios different stores. I got mine from Greeting from California at California Adventure.

....and mine came with a pouch. I think the ones that don't have a pouch are the lanyards for the pins. I actually have two one that clips to your pocket and extends out and the one that goes around your neck.

We had this problem on the trip we are currently on. I did find a solution though.

There is a pin store right next to the monorail exit in Downtown Disney. They have a pouch with a clip on it for sale for $4 I think. You can clip that right onto any of the pin lanyards found throughout DL. It has the plastic zipper top to waterproof whatever you put inside and it's much nicer (easier to get into it with the "zipper") than the other plastic pouches. The regular plastic pouches require you to squeeze the two sides together like the old ziplock bags to seal it up. They can be difficult to seperate sometimes, especially for little kids. The ones in the pin store by the monorail have the white plastic "zipper". You just slide it accross the pouch and it easily opens/closes it.

Even if you don't purchase one now, it's good to know there sealable replacement pouches available. We have had a couple break and had to replace them.

Thanks for the offer seattlebusymom. I'm going to be going back soon so I'm going to try one more time. I don't have a problem finding the pin lanyards I'm assuming the fast pass ones are thicker? Or I'm I wrong? Are they all the same? Thanks

Walmart has them. They are not Disney but they are $1.00 each and you could then decorate them.

They had some POTC lanyards at Claire's at the mall when I was there yesterday. I had to drag my son away from them.
The only lanyards we have are the ones we got for free last year, when we booked our trip. Guess I will see about some cooler ones when we get there this year.

The FP lanyards are a cord with a medallion on them. Pin lanyards are the thicker, ribbon kind. I don't like the pin ones, but I can wear my FP one all day.
