I am gathering up information for a friend of mine who will be visiting WDW for the first time this August with his wife, and three kids DS9, DS7, DD5.
When *my* wife and I have gone to the parks, we've always had those lanyards with the ziplock holders for easy access to our KTTW cards. We used them all the time for magical wishes, park admission, room charges, fastpasses, etc.
My question is this: He's okay with getting the lanyards and pouches for him and his DW, however do you think kids of that age would be a problem having their own KTTW card?
I mean, what happens if they're on the way to the parks and have left their hotel already and one of the kids decides to throw the KTTW card off of the monorail platform and can't get it back. What do the people at the parks do? I know you can restrict charge access to certain cards, however what would happen if they showed up at the park and his DD5 was missing her KTTW card.
I guess in short, I want to maximize accessibility to these cards, but not put them in a situation where they might get lost.
Advice?
