Does anyone know if the cruise line lanyard wallet that is available on Disney Store is a good wallet to use for KTTW card, etc?

I've seen a few on Etsy that look nice, but they are actually more expensive. Also, was wondering if maybe this is something I could wait until we get on the ship to buy. Do they have something different maybe?

I'm not sure what this DCL version is like, but it looks similar to a Tinkerbell one I purchased on eBay. I think it would be fine to carry your KTTW card, maybe some lip gloss.

My parents loved theirs and my brother-in-law uses his for Disneyland visits.

We bought ours for an Oct 2011 cruise and my daughter continues to use hers daily for car keys and school id. Just thought I'd attest to the quality. Well with what we paid!

I still have mine from my purchase on the ship from January 2011. I hope it is still available because I want another.

I've heard that this is available on the ship but like any store they could be low or out at any point. If it's real important to you I'd order it, if it's more of a convenience I'd wait till I could see it in person to buy it. I actually intend to buy these but we're waiting till we get on board to get them.

I got mine on the Fantasy last year. It works great, hold cash in a slot on the inside and KTTW card on the outside. Have used it for 2 other cruises and will be taking it on my next one for sure.

Do you still get a lanyard when you are a castaway club member? I still have mine from the last cruise but I can only find one of them. I like the one showing here but would like to make sure we will have two.

Yes. I found all the Velcro very confusing though. I "broke" mine before boarding and had to have help putting it back together.

My DH and I each purchased one two cruises ago and love them. I usually carry my Drivers license in the inside pocket and spending cash when I venture off ship into ports. Yes - everyone (except 1st time cruisers) gets a FREE lanyard and plastic KTTW card holder each time they cruise, but I found the quality of this one to be much better than the FREE ones. I own several other lanyards I ordered off Ebay because I like the Disney Characters on them and on my last cruise I unclipped the KTTW card holder and attached it to these lanyards so I could use them but still have the better quality KTTW card holder. The cheap plastic KTTW card holders tend to rip easily and are very hard to open whereas the better quality KTTW card holder is very easy to open because it folds like a wallet and securely closes by velcro. I would highly recommend purchasing one of them. I was just on the Fantasy one week ago and they had them available for purchase in the on-board gift stores and also in the Gift Stores on Castaway Cay.

I'm wearing mine right now at work with my badge and ID and some $$ in it. I love it and it was the best $8.95 I spent on our last cruise. We did get the Castaway Club lanyard but honestly, I couldn't stand the scratchy feeling of it around my neck, which is why I went looking for another one, and then when I realized they had the wallet style, I just couldn't resist it. It's held up well, and I wear it everyday.
