Why does the landscaper always need to cut the cgrass in the middle of the afternoon? I asked that it be done in the morning or after 4. I was told they couldnt guarantee anything because they do most of the homes on the street. The kids were outside, in the pool, nad had to come in the house wet and crying. Its not like they even come on the same day, then at least I would know and I could plan something else. Ill stop now before someone finds it necessary to tell me to stop complaining and that I should be lucky that I dont have to cut the grass myself with a scissor

Have you asked them if they can at least come on the same day of the week?

This is our first year having our yard done. I'm loving it. But, if I didn't at least know what day they were coming, I'd have to find someone more consistent. It's hard when little kids are involved, they don't understand. I know our lawn gets done every Thursday so I don't plan sprinklers/pool activities on this day. Most of the time we are not here. It's nice to come home to a nice looking place.

I agree. I am sure that there are many other landscapers in your area who would be delighted to have your business.

Find a landscape service that will do the lawn at the time you prefer. THis one obviuosly doesn't care about your business. Oh and tell him exactly why you are changing services.
